UWC ALUMNI COACHING

I work together with Heather Gross to support alumni from across the UWC Movement to navigate

challenges that are specific to UWC grads. Schedule a free 20 minute consultation to learn more!

We meet one-on-one with alumni to help you gain clarity around questions such as:

  • How do I integrate my campus experience with the world beyond it?

  • How can I balance having a career with making change?

  • What can I do to address the feeling of "mission guilt"?

  • Where do I belong?

  • What does sustainability look like for me?

  • My time on campus was over before I knew it - how can I process it all?

“Talking with Aaron has been a consistent anchor for me in the chaos of post-UWC decision making. Because he is also intimately familiar with the ins-and-outs of life on a UWC campus, we were able to jump right into some of my most urgent questions related to staying in the U.S. on a Visa, college life, and relationship transitions, without having to spend time translating the nuances of the UWC world. Coaching sessions have been particularly helpful to me in ‘crossroads’ situations in which I'm faced with several options that I'm negotiating through my value systems, financial constraints and personal commitments. Aaron is really excellent at listening for the things that matter most to me and guiding me, from there, to solutions or different sets of important questions.”
