My coaching is informed by my professional success as a writer, theater maker and educator, and by a deep commitment to my values.
Aaron Kagan (he/him) is a career coach, life coach, and certified professional coach whose ACC level accreditation with the International Coaching Federation is anticipated for January, 2026.
Aaron is a writer and editor whose work has appeared in the Boston Globe, Eater, and Smithsonian, among many other publications. In the early 2000s, he toured the U.S. full-time for 5+ years performing original theater, leading workshops, and co-creating viral videos that attracted over 12 million viewers in the early days of YouTube.
Aaron also served as an instructor, advisor, and department head at the United World College-USA in northern New Mexico, which focuses on international education, social justice, and sustainability. He continues to volunteer and advocate for issues related to the rights of indigenous peoples, poverty, and access to the arts and nature.
In addition to his training as a coach, Aaron draws on all of these experiences when helping clients to clarify and achieve their goals. He lives with his family and rescue dog Pepita in the ancestral homelands of the Nonotuck people in Western Massachusetts.
